A pilot friend of mine told me there are four main principles to master when flying airplanes: lift, thrust, weight, and drag. You have to take all these into account to make sure the plane will fly.

Coping statements should be brief and simple so you can easily remember them when you feel anxious. You may want to write your coping statement on a piece of paper to carry with you. You can also write other helpful comments on it.
