The easiest way to write a book is to use the Table of Contents as an outline. People get stuck when they think in terms of writing a book. Do not let this delay you. We over analyze and what happens is that we get into analysis paralysis. Our creativity and 'flow' freezes up and all spontaneity and creativity just exits out of the thought process.
