When they finally left, I called my baby mama Honey to let her know where I was gon' be staying at, in case I needed to see my daughter. ~ Shvonne Latrice
Baby Mama quotes by Shvonne Latrice
I'm not sure what kind of love you mean, baby, but if you mean do I want you to be with me forever, that I can't bear the thought of being without you as my lover, my best friend, my whole world....one day my wife, and my baby mama, then yes, I Love you, Love you! ~ S.E. Hall
Baby Mama quotes by S.E. Hall
Footsteps approach the kitchen. Garrett wanders in, wiping sweat off his brow. When he notices Sabrina, he brightens. "Oh good. You're here. Hold on - gotta grab something."

She turns to me as if to say, Is he talking to me?

He's already gone, though, his footsteps thumping up the stairs.

At the table, Hannah runs a hand through her hair and gives me a pleading look. "Just remember he's your best friend, okay?"

That doesn't sound ominous.

When Garrett returns, he's holding a notepad and a ballpoint pen, which he sets on the table as he sits across from Sabrina. "Tuck," he says. "Sit. This is important."

I'm so baffled right now. Hannah's resigned expression doesn't help in lessening the confusion.

Once I'm seated next to Sabrina, Garrett flips open the notepad, all business. "Okay. So let's go over the names."

Sabrina raises an eyebrow at me.

I shrug, because I legitimately don't know what the fuck he's talking about.

"I've put together a solid list. I really think you're going to like these." But when he glances down at the page, his face falls. "Ah crap. We can't use any of the boy names."

"Wait." Sabrina holds up a hand, her brow furrowed. "You're picking names for our baby?"

He nods, busy flipping the page.

My baby mama gapes at me.

I shrug again.

"Just out of curiosity, what were the boy names?" Grace hedges, ~ Elle Kennedy
Baby Mama quotes by Elle Kennedy
I wish BET did more to represent the full spectrum of black experiences in a balanced manner. If you watch BET, you get the sense that the only way black people succeed is through professional sports, music, or marrying/fucking/being a baby mama of someone who is involved with professional sports or music. ~ Roxane Gay
Baby Mama quotes by Roxane Gay
it. I didn't expect Stacks to come for me as hard as he did and because I underestimated him, my baby mama and sister were both dead, and my son was in foster care. ~ Lucinda John
Baby Mama quotes by Lucinda John
There ain't no "baby mama drama" up in this Vortex, homie! ~ Esther Hicks
Baby Mama quotes by Esther Hicks
I do not want to die being known for doing baby mama DNA tests on my show. ~ Ricki Lake
Baby Mama quotes by Ricki Lake
I took the last bite of the pie, then licked the plate. Yep. You're looking at the future first baby mama to Blaine Crabtree. ~ Magan Vernon
Baby Mama quotes by Magan Vernon
Go to sleep, baby, Mama will sing. Of blue butterflies, and dragonfly wings. Moonlight and sunbeams, raiment so fine. Silver and gold, for baby of mine. Go to sleep, baby. Sister will tell, of wolves and of lambs, and demons who fell. ~ Kim Harrison
Baby Mama quotes by Kim Harrison
I've got three women in my life: my mama, ex baby mama and my new baby mama. ~ Felipe Esparza
Baby Mama quotes by Felipe Esparza
Having a child together doesn't guarantee a future wedding. Never let your present partner suffer because of your baby mama or baby daddy. Careful of comprising your future happiness for an 'X you can't solve. ~ Tshepo Ramodisa
Baby Mama quotes by Tshepo Ramodisa
Calling Michelle 'Obama Barack's baby mama?' Tell me, is that acceptable? But the Obamas aren't the only targets. Fox's pattern of race-baiting and fear-mongering regularly focuses on black leaders, black institutions and ordinary black people. ~ Nas
Baby Mama quotes by Nas
There is only room for a certain amount of black actresses in this industry. I don't want to fall into the zone of playing the 'ghetto bootalicious baby mama drama.' I want to play something with depth, like a crackhead or something. ~ Selita Ebanks
Baby Mama quotes by Selita Ebanks
I could have picked up a stomach bug or eaten something which didn't agree with me." Wyatt's gaze dropped to my belly and then moved back up to my face to meet mine. "You didn't catch anything except my baby." I ~ Fiona Davenport
Baby Mama quotes by Fiona Davenport
Of course change is hard. It has to be. It carries with it - every single time - the potential to elevate, even revolutionize your life in ways you can never truly realize until you're already transformed, safely on the other side of your resistance and fear.

Change is hard, but rarely as difficult as not doing anything.

Now is the time - really, right now - to start making those changes you know you need to make in your life. Dive into change, into the sea of possibility it creates, and trust that all the hard work will bring you some deeply wonderful things - like a greater sense of calm and happiness, and a truer taste of freedom.

If you can't dive in, that's okay. Tip toe, baby step, crawl if you have to. Just keep moving forward, no matter what, into what is already becoming your new and beautiful reality. ~ Scott Stabile
Baby Mama quotes by Scott Stabile
My mom sees her sons as baby boys. Well, I stopped being her baby boy a long time ago. ~ Bryant Gumbel
Baby Mama quotes by Bryant Gumbel
I think it's natural for a creative to be sensitive. If I'm in the studio and I write something, I think it's the greatest thing in the world; it's like my baby. I just made something out of thin air that exists now in a tangible form. It's the biggest thrill in my life. ~ G-Eazy
Baby Mama quotes by G-Eazy
Christianity, righty understood, is utterly unlike religion that man invents. It is so completely contrary to the way man does things that it must have come from God. Take Christmas, for example; only God could have thought of that. When man invents a super being, he comes up with a Superman, or a Captain Marvel. God gives the world a baby. ~ Richard Halverson
Baby Mama quotes by Richard Halverson
His head dropped to watch his thumb move over my fingers as he muttered, "Naked, baby."
My head twitched at his weird word.
"Pardon?"
His eyes came to mine and he repeated, "Naked."
I felt my brows draw together and I asked, "Naked?"
He held my gaze even as he moved ... ~ Kristen Ashley
Baby Mama quotes by Kristen Ashley
I know women at work who don't talk about having a baby because they don't want to upset the apple cart, but unless people know what the problems are, why should they engage with it? ~ Tamsin Greig
Baby Mama quotes by Tamsin Greig
I had an unusually large-sized head, though this was not uncommon for a baby in the Midwest. The craniums in our part of the country were designed to leave a little extra room for the brain to grow in case one day we found ourselves exposed to something we didn't understand, like a foreign language, or a salad. ~ Michael Moore
Baby Mama quotes by Michael Moore
My friend has a baby. I'm recording all the noises he makes so later I can ask him what he meant. ~ Steven Wright
Baby Mama quotes by Steven Wright
The moment you realize that you aren't creating a cut-and-paste version of yourself, but rather nurturing a stunningly unique individual with thoughts and feelings and hopes and fears and opinions and preferences and plans and interests of their own is the moment parenting becomes an adventure instead of a challenge. It's a simple shift in perspective that creates a world of difference. ~ L.R. Knost
Baby Mama quotes by L.R. Knost
Move into kiss those sweet sugar lips, baby looks just like love. ~ Dave Matthews
Baby Mama quotes by Dave Matthews
You're not a practiced hand at this. You've never really had a man and I get why. I fuckin' do. Down to my gut I do, baby. And we can go there when you're ready. Right now, all you have to know is, I'll make you tacos until you can't stand lookin' at them anymore, if that's what you want and I'll do it just because you want them. The bottom line is, you look out for me, I'll look out for you. I'll make you come as often as you want. I'll make you dinner, take you to dinner, take you to New York to see your friends, fly you to Paris 'cause you wanna eat snails, I don't give a fuck. But I won't do that in return for shit you do for me. That's what you give me. The only time it'll go bad is if you don't feel you get what you need from me and get it just because. ~ Kristen Ashley
Baby Mama quotes by Kristen Ashley
Listen, baby, life is a series of things we choose and things we carry. The things we choose, well, those are ours. But we don't get a vote on the things we carry. Some are heavier than others, some we can put down eventually, and some are ours to keep. We don't have a choice in the burdens we're given to bear, but we do have a choice in how we hold them. We can strap them to our backs and walk through the world hunched over under the weight like someone who should spend his or her days in a bell tower. Or we can stand tall and straight like one of those African queens carrying a woven basket on her head. ~ Mia Sheridan
Baby Mama quotes by Mia Sheridan
Where do you want me, baby? I'm your slave." Reese smiled and watched Hannah. ~ Alicia White
Baby Mama quotes by Alicia White
I've had so much time to think down here, and I want to say that I think that the most important thing in life are thankfulness, forgiveness, and love. Mama taught me to always be thankful. And when you say thank you it makes other people feel happy. And forgiveness, because, life is too short to be cross. It's also not fun. And, last but not least, love- because when you have love in your heart, nothing and no one can take it away from you. ~ Sarah Jio
Baby Mama quotes by Sarah Jio
Hypothetically speaking," Robert said, "if the attack happens, and Roland retaliates, what will you do about it?"
"She is a princess of Shinar." My aunt burst into existence in the middle of the kitchen. "It is by the grace of her mercy you are still breathing."
Robert stumbled back. Raphael's hands went to his knives. Andrea bared her teeth, cradling Baby B. You could hear a pin drop.
"I have family in town for the wedding," I said into the silence. "My aunt, Eahrratim, the Rose of Tigris."
Curran covered his face with his hand. ~ Ilona Andrews
Baby Mama quotes by Ilona Andrews
I imagine there are people out there who got a dog when what they wanted was a baby, but I wonder if there aren't other people who had a baby when all they really needed was a dog. ~ Ann Patchett
Baby Mama quotes by Ann Patchett
I don't particularly like being pregnant. I like the baby at the end. Pregnancy is a very distant thing for me. I can't seem to believe there's really a baby there. It's such a miracle. ~ Mary Beth Whitehead
Baby Mama quotes by Mary Beth Whitehead
Mama, Mama, put me to bed
I won't make it home, I'm already half-dead
I met an Invalid, and fell for his art
He showed me his smile, and went straight for my heart. ~ Lauren Oliver
Baby Mama quotes by Lauren Oliver
I was married at 20 and had a baby by 21. I had to grow up fast. Luckily there were people who believed in me and there were always jobs when I needed one. ~ Ricky Schroder
Baby Mama quotes by Ricky Schroder
One year, on Yom Kippur eve, Salanter did not show up in synagogue for services. The congregation was extremely worried; they could only imagine that their rabbi had suddenly taken sick or been in an accident. In any case, they would not start the service without him. During the wait, a young woman in the congregation became agitated. She had left her infant child at home asleep in its crib; she was certain she would only be away a short while. Now, because of the delay, she slipped out to make sure that the infant was all right. When she reached her house, she found her child being rocked in the arms of Rabbi Salanter. He had heard the baby crying while walking to the synagogue and, realizing that the mother must have gone off to services, had gone into the house to calm him. ~ Joseph Telushkin
Baby Mama quotes by Joseph Telushkin
A woman can grow a baby inside her body. Then a woman can deliver the baby through her body. Then, by some miracle, a woman can feed a baby with her body. When you compare that to the male's contribution to life, it's kind of embarrassing, really. The father is always like, Hey, I helped, too. For like five seconds. ~ Jim Gaffigan
Baby Mama quotes by Jim Gaffigan
Sam snapped his fingers and crooked a finger his way. "Get over here, Michael. This is your niece." Michael joined the group. His gait was slightly unsteady, though not because of any lingering effects of the accident. Those were pretty much gone. He intended to be point guard this year, and he intended to be a starter. No, the shakiness had to do with the sense of witnessing awesome things in the here and now. Without a thought to the camcorder, he stared down at the baby. ~ Barbara Delinsky
Baby Mama quotes by Barbara Delinsky
Like it or not, there are people who are capable to love
genuinely and kill brutally. The amazing thing about that,
few of those could even sleep well like babies in the night. ~ Toba Beta
Baby Mama quotes by Toba Beta
Freddie experienced the sort of abysmal soul-sadness which afflicts one of Tolstoy's Russian peasants when, after putting in a heavy day's work strangling his father, beating his wife, and dropping the baby into the city's reservoir, he turns to the cupboards, only to find the vodka bottle empty. ~ P.G. Wodehouse
Baby Mama quotes by P.G. Wodehouse
I've had to live with women all my life. I grew up with four older sisters, and I was the baby and the only boy. ~ Alan Jackson
Baby Mama quotes by Alan Jackson
As soon as you lay down, that's when the most bizarre things start coming out of her mouth. 'Goodnight, baby.' 'Do you think we were together in a past life?' 'Yeah, and I died of sleep deprivation. Go to bed.' 'Don't you feel like we're soul ... ' ~ Adam Ferrara
Baby Mama quotes by Adam Ferrara
If you think that I'm nuts, you may be right. But I'm a nut with a positive attitude, baby! ~ Jeffrey Gitomer
Baby Mama quotes by Jeffrey Gitomer
By the time he climaxed, Eve was arched and her hair touched the floor. Her face was as far away from his as it could get while still having him inside her.
They panted like this for a moment, until he realized she was too ashamed to sit back up and look at him. He'd just been at the center of her loss. He'd poisoned the only place she'd ever held her baby. Beckett looked at her long, white form. He ran his hand over a fine white scar he found just under her belly button - the scar somehow he had put on her body. ~ Debra Anastasia
Baby Mama quotes by Debra Anastasia
But there was one girl who had a big influence over me. Barbie. I worshipped Barbie. In fact, I would say Barbie was my twelve-inch plastic life coach. She had it all, a camper, a dune buggy, even a dream house. Part of why it was a dream house to me was that she was the only one who lived there. Her boyfriend, Ken, came to visit when she--er, I decided. She had a sports car and would bounce from job to job as she--er, I saw fit.Barbie owned zero floral baby-making dresses. I craved that indepence. And her weird-ass boobs? So what? She still reached the steering wheel of her royal blue sports car. Some people thought that the fact that her feet were fucked and she couldn't stand was a problem. But to me, it meant she was free. Free from standing at a stove, or a washing machine, or with a baby hanging off her hip. She has no hip. She has no hips. Plus, she didn't have to walk; she drove her convertible everywhere. God, I loved Barbie. She was free in every way I knew how to define freedom. ~ Lizz Winstead
Baby Mama quotes by Lizz Winstead
Animals need as much love and respect and care as we give people."

I consider this. I think about all the things I've seen and done, and I consider this.

"I think they're better off without that, baby," I say. "In fact I think they're doing okay. ~ Bret Easton Ellis
Baby Mama quotes by Bret Easton Ellis
There is a kind of fear, approaching a panic, that's spreading through the Baby Boom Generation, which has suddenly discovered that it will have to provide for its own retirement. ~ Ron Chernow
Baby Mama quotes by Ron Chernow
Just a breath ago, an eighteen-year-old nurse was bending over Rebecca's father's father, a wounded soldier in a Soviet hospital, saying, yes, Shura, we are going to have a baby. ~ Paullina Simons
Baby Mama quotes by Paullina Simons
Before a baby is born, you have a baby shower, not a fetus shower. ~ June Hunt
Baby Mama quotes by June Hunt
Birth is a heaven-given right for every baby. ~ Toba Beta
Baby Mama quotes by Toba Beta
He closed the distance another tight inch. Her breasts pressed against his chest, and her nipples were hard little points stabbing out of the scarlet material, begging to be freed. Her breath came in ragged gasps, her perfume swamped his senses. He grew hard, and her eyes widened as his full length throbbed against her leg in demand.
"I'm calling your bluff, baby."
Pure shock registered on her face as he removed one hand from the wall to casually unbutton his shirt, slide off his tie, then grasp her chin with a firm grip.
"Prove it."
He stamped his mouth over hers, not giving her a chance to think or back off or push him away. He invaded her mouth, plunging his tongue inside the slick, silky cave, then closed his lips around the wet flesh and sucked hard.
She grabbed for his shoulders, and made a little moan deep in her throat.
Then she exploded. ~ Jennifer Probst
Baby Mama quotes by Jennifer Probst
A CITY IS AS much a state of mind as a place - a set of perceptions of place. On the last train home to Mullaghbrack or Gortyfarnham or half a hundred other BallyBogMans, two farmers fall to reviewing their experiences of the big city. One has walked the streets and avenues and come away with memories of glistening steeples and dreaming spires, monuments to men of bearing and import, Palladian porticos and grand civic cupolas, pillars, piers, and palisades, and the air full of singing birds. The other has walked the same streets, yet his memories are of grey brick tenements shouldering against each other like nervous thugs; cracked fanlights, windows boarded over with card, baby carriages full of coal or potatoes, tramps in doorways, cabbage leaves underfoot, the perfume of urine and porter, pressing people with voices like flatirons. They might have visited cities continents apart, but it is the same city. ~ Ian McDonald
Baby Mama quotes by Ian McDonald
Liberating ourselves from the traditional strictures of marriage altogether, and/or transforming those strictures to include all of us -- gay, feminist, career-focused, baby crazy, monogamous, non-monogamous, skeptical, romantic, and everyone in between -- is the challenge facing this generation. As we consciously opt out or creatively reimagine marriage one loving couple at a time, we'll be able to shift societal expectations wholesale, freeing younger generations from some of the antiquated assumptions we've faced (that women always want to get married and men always shy away from commitment, that gender parity somehow disempowers men, that turning 30 makes an unmarried woman into an old maid). ~ Courtney E. Martin
