It is the very place where we judge ourselves when we cross Rainbow Bridge into Heaven.

Animal spirits often will appear during the hours between dusk and dawn; also known as the "tween times". They will always give you something. It may be just a simple pause within the chaos of life to remind you that there is more to life than the details of living it, working it and paying for it. It may be a shred of insight or a flash of recognition that comes to you in a fleeting thought or maybe in a dream in the tween times of your own mind.

In a fraction of a moment we fall in love, we break up, we live out a love story that lasts until the end of time. We are soulmates, we are adversaries, we are everything. We are nothing. Animals learn early on that man holds dominion over them. Man on the other hand takes a bit longer to learn. Man is given free will by our Master only to find he spends his life learning to surrender it.

Do we miss out on love because we are working so hard? Or are we working so hard because we missed out on love?

You are afraid that if you love again that you will grow away from me.

You change for two reasons. Either you learn enough that you want to or you've been hurt enough that you have to.

Death gets a bad rap. People think that euthanasia is putting their pets "down" when it really is lifting us up. In the first moment, when we come back to earth, we remember the comfort of the Heaven we came from and this is why we cry when we are born. When we are born in Heaven we come in laughing not crying! In birth we have the passage and then the pain. In death we have the pain and then the passage.

Today I Googled God. How happy He must be that I am searching for Him.

So many people are afraid of the ending of their life on earth. Then there are others who are afraid of not being able to leave after their bodies have long failed them. There's nothing at all to be afraid of. Death is the last lesson in the school of life. It is the final stage of growth. Death is the one event that is designed to remove all of your remaining fears. Someday you will find that the things you were most afraid of, like death, were only illusions.

Grief leads you to believe that life will never be ordinary again, and it never really will be for it is made extraordinary as it is touched and transformed by our greatest loves and deepest losses.

Nothing is all bad. There are very beautiful flowers in the desert amidst the spikes and thorns. Just don't let them take over. In the garden of love there is little room for prickly things.

Life is really the dream and death is really the life.

Keep an open mind. The right person coming to you at the right time will change everything you ever thought was true.

Sometimes people feel they need to control everything, as if they could! Matters of life and death are out of your hands. The more you come to realize this, the harder you try to prove that you can control SOMETHING, anything. All you can really control is your response to what happens. You cannot control matters of life or death and because of this you are not accountable. You cannot be held liable for anything that you have no power over. Guilt, shame and blame make no sense when circumstances are beyond your control.

I can love who I think you are
Or you can allow yourself
To be yourself
So that I can love YOU.

You can't make someone your everything because when they are gone you have nothing left.

Some of us have deeper feelings for one over another. It can't be helped. It's chemistry. It's inherent. You can't make yourself love someone you don't and you can't make yourself stop loving someone you do.

Seeking answers to the questions is what draws us forward. When you have no more questions you can finally live in the satisfaction of the present moment. You have no more questions when you finally learn that love is always the answer.

We think that we are living when we walk upon the earth but the very moment we "die" there, we wake up here! This life on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge is the real one. We find that our life on earth was just a dream, a dream designed to lead us further and further into love. True love grows and then cannot be destroyed. A memory comes up and you brace yourself. What will it be? Something that makes you cry? So what if it makes you cry? Why do you judge your tears? That's another lie that someone told you. Tears are a sign of life and love and like the spring rains that wash away the harshness of winter they nourish and clear the way for regeneration. Tears are a part of life. Sadness and sorrow are a part of life. Are you willing to cut off the life we shared together simply because you do not want to feel your sorrow or the wet tears upon your face?

When you are depressed you are not at peace. You are not at peace because you are not using your creative potential. When you are not using your potential you are not fulfilling your function on earth. So it stands to reason that when you are depressed it is because you are not yet doing what it is you came here to do.

The very things I needed to learn were the very things I was trying to teach you.

Sometimes we want to keep the battle going...until at last we we cut ourselves free. I don't forgive you to give to you, I forgive you to give to me.

You took me to Heaven and put me through Hell. And I'd go back and do it all again.

If I keep myself busy I don't know how lonely I am. I only know how busy I am.

Our Master can see it all. If you drive down a long curvy road, you don't see the twists and turns until you are on top of them. But when you see things from a much higher perspective, you can see the whole road and the twists and the turns and the beginning and the end. In Heaven we can see where you are in relation to where you're going and we can make things happen along the way at the intersections of life. We can create the right time and the right place and we can already see how it all ends. We can see the whole story of your life while you are living it in little bits and pieces.

When you don't question something and you know in your heart that it's true, it's like love. If you have to ask yourself if you love someone, you probably don't. You can make it very complicated because even though you know in your heart that it's true, you don't always consult with your heart because your head wants you to think that it's always right, but your head can confuse you. The heart is the one that's always right.

The world of dreams is such a wonderful place! That is, if you have love in your heart. If you have madness in your heart, you will have mad dreams. If you have guilt in your heart, you will have dreams that make you feel more guilt. But me, I have love in my heart and room for nothing else. I love my dreams and they love me.

Messengers often come when you struggle with a decision, need support or are trying to find your balance. They can come as animals like coyote and lizard appeared for Kate and for me. They can be spirit guides, angels, family members, ancestors and friends. A messenger can even be me! Many of them you will not notice because you are too preoccupied to see them. There may come a time, however, when you might sense the millions of angels too small to be witnessed, like fairies that live in the curve of a leaf or who sleep under the tiniest rose petal.

When a friend suddenly comes to mind for no apparent reason, he said it's because they are near to us in thought or spirit. He explained that a connection takes place on the thought waves that run between us. Thoughts are things that can reach out and touch us.

What we see in others is always a mirror of what we see in ourselves. Let it be LOVE that you see. Let it be love that you are.

Have you ever walked along a beach? You walk towards something in the distance. For the longest while it never seems to get any closer even though you are walking and walking. Then all of a sudden, you are there. You've arrived at last. That's what grief is like. Meanwhile we are running with you in the spray of the surf at the edge of the shore where the sand meets the sea. We are cheering you on.

It can get a little complicated when you have the expectation that you're supposed to live Happily Ever After with this person when they were designed to stay with you for just a little while. Our Master designs it this way so you make the most of the relationship when you have it. She thought all soul mates were meant to be forever, when some soul mates are just meant to be.

You seem to forget that the sun must set. You knew perfectly well that I would not be with you long enough. Still, you weep and cry and ask God 'Why' as if it were some kind of surprise. Why? Because love changes everything. Love's the surprise.

You don't need to teach your heart anything.
It already knows everything.

Everything we do in life is creating everything that's coming. Our thoughts and our words become things manifest in our lives. Each time my Master sent me to the right place at the right time.

At last I see how I was blind.

The dealing with grief cannot be bypassed. It is a road you must walk, a race you must finish and no one else can do it for you. If you try to sneak through it without it seeing you, it will seep into your life when you least expect it. Grief will not let you go until you satisfy what it came to teach you.

Life's too short to lay in wait. A soul is meant to love and love is all there is.

When you cling to something from the past, your hands cannot be open to receive the gifts of the future.

We set our own limits on love. Some of us bind our hearts like Chinese women bind their feet. The binding is painful at first but eventually you get used to it and the pain goes away. The saddest part of all is that by binding yourself to the choices you make, you forget that there was ever another way to live.

You think God created us to be born only to grow and then die? Not even the tiniest perennial grows only to die. It comes back again and again when the season and the time is right. Even annual flowers grow seeds as they grow so that they can drop the seeds of themselves and live again year after year, life after life.

Breathlessly you reach the station just as the train is arriving! But alas, the train doesn't stop. It keeps going. It doesn't care how forlorn you look as it passes by. It doesn't even see you! But wait. What's that sound in the distance? Another train is coming soon and it is yours. A train that will take you to a more beautiful place.

When you give everything, you have nothing to lose.

Trying to have faith in ourselves

It is desire that pulls us forward. If a desire is fulfilled, are we forever destined to find another to take its place?
