It is a practise that everyone should be with more awareness and see the difference in one self. It gives you hope and happiness when one is more calm, have more patience and tolerance towards others' behaviour and not being judgmental of them, thus creating a situation of harmony between one another.

From pettiness to nothing, from pride to humble, from ignorance to wisdom. Do this daily and you ease your suffering and cause happiness to yourself and others too.
