Humans experience a physical existence but are not physical beings. Not even while in the perceived physical flesh. Under a microscope, what we call physical, the elements that make up flesh and blood, are not physical at all. Everything we see, taste, touch, smell and hear is illusionary sensations, created by massless vibrations birthed by mass from the star.
