If you want to achieve peace in the face of your problems, you must understand why you percieve a particular situation as a problem.

You are not your thoughts. You are simply aware of your thoughts.

Just as everything that happens outside in the physical world requires energy, everything that happens inside requires an expenditure of energy.

energy flow, whether it's agitation of the mind or shifts in the heart, will be what reminds you that you are back there noticing. Now what used to hold you down becomes what wakes you up.

No solution can possibly exist while you're lost in the energy of a problem.
