Every business is only as good as the people it brings into the organization. The corporate trainer should feel his job is the most important in the company, because it is.

It is symptomatic that the overthrow of James II in 1688 was called The 'Glorious' or 'Bloodless' Revolution. The 'fever in the blood' which the Renaissance had allowed was now to be contained, subject to reason, and kept under control.
