Dear Dan, I recently attended one of your lectures, and I was wondering why an Israeli guy telling Jewish jokes is wearing an Indian shirt?
D.A.: In general I am not someone who should be asked for fashion advice, but this particular case might be the one exception ... My solution? I figured that as long as I am wearing clothes from a different culture, no one is politically correct (and this includes almost everyone in the United States ) could complain that I'm underdressed. After all, any such critic could be offending a whole subcontinent. ~ Dan Ariely
Politically Correct quotes by Dan Ariely
What is the politically correct term for 'retarded'?""I think the words you're fishing for are 'mentally disabled.' And no. I'm not mentally disabled. ~ Rachel Gibson
Politically Correct quotes by Rachel Gibson
The rules from those who are politically correct restrict what you can say to or about anything in our daily life. They tell you what to call others and what others can call you. ~ John Patrick Hickey
Politically Correct quotes by John Patrick Hickey
For both men and women, Good Men can be somewhat disturbing to be around because they usually do not act in ways associated with typical men; they listen more than they talk; they self-reflect on their behavior and motives, they actively educate themselves about women's reality by seeking out women's culture and listening to women…. They avoid using women for vicarious emotional expression…. When they err - and they do err - they look to women for guidance, and receive criticism with gratitude. They practice enduring uncertainty while waiting for a new way of being to reveal previously unconsidered alternatives to controlling and abusive behavior. They intervene in other men's misogynist behavior, even when women are not present, and they work hard to recognize and challenge their own. Perhaps most amazingly, Good Men perceive the value of a feminist practice for themselves, and they advocate it not because it's politically correct, or because they want women to like them, or even because they want women to have equality, but because they understand that male privilege prevents them not only from becoming whole, authentic human beings but also from knowing the truth about the world…. They offer proof that men can change. ~ Bell Hooks
Politically Correct quotes by Bell Hooks
Lack of personal morality plus "politically correct" prohibition against judging others' behavior and naming immorality sets up a social environment receptive and vulnerable to a tyrannical government. A tyrannical government transforms every aspect of the cultural day-to-day lives of everyone under its control across all areas from the educational and penal systems to fine art and entertainment dictates right on down to housing regulations and food availabilities. ~ Alexandra York
Politically Correct quotes by Alexandra York
We live in a world where it has become politically correct to avoid
absolutes. Many want all religions to be given the same honor, and all gods
regarded as equally true and equally fictitious. But take these same
people, who want fuzzy, all-inclusive thinking in spiritual matters, and
put them on an airplane. You will find they insist on a very dogmatic,
intolerant pilot who will stay on the straight and narrow glidepath so
their life will not come to a violent end short of the runway. They want no
fuzzy thinking here! ~ Jack T. Chick
Politically Correct quotes by Jack T. Chick
Would you prefer the term pawn?" he said. "I struggle to stay abreast of what's politically correct. ~ Ingrid Paulson
Politically Correct quotes by Ingrid Paulson
The last thing reporters and editors want to be told is what to do and how to write. They don't want to be some politically correct, Orwellian, kind of like "you're telling me how to write about ... ?" ~ Jose Antonio Vargas
Politically Correct quotes by Jose Antonio Vargas
The vast country is still there, but it has somehow been altered by intrusions, "peopled" to death.
It is all gone, all changed, all tamed and pacified and cleaned and boiled and sanitized and made healthy and politically correct. ~ Gary Paulsen
Politically Correct quotes by Gary Paulsen
Almost no one tolerates the exclusivity and supremacy of Christ these days, even some who profess to be Christians. The message of the cross is not politically correct - it's the singularity of the gospel, on top of everything else, that bothers people. Can you imagine for a moment what might happen if a celebrity or political leader just said, "I'm a Christian and if you're not, you're going to hell"? Yikes! And then imagine if he said, "All the Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and all the people who believe they can earn salvation, whether liberal Protestants or Roman Catholics, and all the Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses - you're all going to eternal hell. But I care about you so much, I want to give you the gospel of Jesus Christ, because it is far more important than wars in the Middle East, terrorism, or any domestic policy." You can't be faithful and popular, so take your pick. ~ John F. MacArthur Jr.
Politically Correct quotes by John F. MacArthur Jr.
I don't think people are going to switch over to bikes because it's good for them or because it's politically correct. They're going to do it because it gets them from A to B faster. ~ David Byrne
Politically Correct quotes by David Byrne
It's great that I get accused of not being politically correct. People need to take themselves less seriously. This world is so screwed up as it is, we've all got to relax a bit more. ~ Michael Bay
Politically Correct quotes by Michael Bay
We could say politically correct that look doesn't matter, but the look obviously matters. ~ Donald Trump
Politically Correct quotes by Donald Trump
These politically correct language initiatives are misguided and harmful. They create highly entitled professional "victims" who expect to be free from any offense, and they engender a stifling atmosphere where all individuals walk on eggshells lest they might commit a linguistic capital crime. ~ Gad Saad
Politically Correct quotes by Gad Saad
Wake up, folks, wake up! As intimidated as you are by the fear of going against the stream and looking racist (a grossly erroneous word, by the way, because the problem has nothing to do with a race: it has to do with a religion) you don't understand or don't want to understand that a Reverse Crusade is on the march. As blinded as you are by the myopia and the stupidity of the Politically Correct, you don't realize or don't want to realize that a war of religion is being carried out. A war they call Jihad. … A war which is conducted to destroy our civilization, our ways of living and dying, or praying or not praying, of eating and drinking and dressing and studying and enjoying Life. ~ Oriana Fallaci
Politically Correct quotes by Oriana Fallaci
To me, racist jokes are not funny. I am politically correct, in a weird way. I like to push the boundaries that are politically correct. ~ John Waters
Politically Correct quotes by John Waters
There's no such thing as too far. If it works it's funny, if it doesn't work it's too far, it's stupid. Really there's no such thing as "too far." You're joining the politically correct when you use words like "too far." You don't want to join the army of politically correct. ~ Mel Brooks
Politically Correct quotes by Mel Brooks
An elementary school student asked me the NOT "politically correct" question, "Is an idiot smarter than a moron?" I had to Google it because I was afraid to respond in today's PC society and didn't want to offend him, his parents, or anyone else. Here's what I found.

Technically, a moron is smarter than an idiot. An imbecile is also smarter than an idiot.

Although today the words are considered insulting and derogatory, prior to the 1960s they were widely used as actual psychology terms associated with intelligence on an IQ test.

An IQ between:
00-25 = Idiot
26-50 = Imbecile
51-70 = Moron

Explaining all of this to a nine year old with an IQ of 130 made me feel like society has turned all adults into one of the above, myself included.

When I told him that I'm afraid to openly say it, the nine year old said, "Adults are idiots! ~ Ray Palla
Politically Correct quotes by Ray Palla
This is, in theory, still a free country, but our politically correct, censorious times are such that many of us tremble to give vent to perfectly acceptable views for fear of condemnation. Freedom of speech is thereby imperiled, big questions go undebated, and great lies become accepted, unequivocally as great truths. ~ Simon Heffer
Politically Correct quotes by Simon Heffer
Even though we live in a world that people are much more conscience about being politically correct. The truth is if all children were taught from young (at home, church and school) that in our short existence on this planet, that we are all here to help humanity and to not hurt it and that hands are not for hurting but for trying to help all ... our world would be a much better place to live in. ~ Timothy Pina
Politically Correct quotes by Timothy Pina
It is very hard to talk to a person who believes that he or she has the moral high ground. You have to prevent that the Politically Correct individual views you as somebody who doesn't HAVE an idea on morality. Therefore, the first step to successfully debate the left is to establish an alternative moral position and explain to the opponent that this moral position is at least equally legitimate as his or her moral position. You can think of this as a preparatory step that needs to be taken before the real debate can actually begin. ~ Paul Nielsen
Politically Correct quotes by Paul Nielsen
Until the human condition could be resolved it was not safe to acknowledge the different roles men and women played in the journey to enlightenment. Over time it was found that the best way to control prejudices was to prevent acknowledgement of any substantial differences between the sexes. The dogma of politically correct culture emerged. ~ Jeremy Griffith
Politically Correct quotes by Jeremy Griffith
I was interested in writing about gender in this future world where progress has not only halted but turned backward. On another note, sometimes the personal is not so politically correct, and what we are turned on by can't be made to behave. ~ Edan Lepucki
Politically Correct quotes by Edan Lepucki
And when you come back to Japan next summer, let's have that date or whatever you want to call it. We can go to the zoo or the botanical garden or the aquarium, and then we'll have the most politically correct and scrumptious omelets we can find. ~ Haruki Murakami
Politically Correct quotes by Haruki Murakami
I'll always be Chinese first. It probably isn't politically correct to say or something that the majority understands; I can change my shoes, I can swap my passport, but, I'll always have this face. ~ Eddie Huang
Politically Correct quotes by Eddie Huang
Isn't it odd that the guy was politically correct in one particularly weird way. Bill Clinton never lit a cigar. ~ Chris Matthews
Politically Correct quotes by Chris Matthews
Now, I know among the politically correct, you're not supposed to use facts that are uncomfortable. ~ Newt Gingrich
Politically Correct quotes by Newt Gingrich

Politically Correct quotes by John Hagee

There's a ghost in this house! An unquiet spirit!"
Unquiet spirit?" Shane said under his breath. "Is that politically correct for pissed off? You know, like Undead American or something? ~ Rachel Caine
Politically Correct quotes by Rachel Caine
Would it be politically incorrect to call a top-ranked female anchor (with a law degree) currently on the cover of Vanity Fair a bimbo? Or would it be rude, ludicrous, wrong and pathetic? Nothing about this is hard. ~ Kathleen Parker
Politically Correct quotes by Kathleen Parker
To ignore the religious nature of the terrorist threat is to succumb to politically correct delusion. ~ Ruth Marcus
Politically Correct quotes by Ruth Marcus
Now it is the least developed world who are not responsible for this climate change phenomenon that bore the brunt of climate change consequences so it is morally and politically correct that the developed world who made this climate change be responsible by providing financial support and technological support to these people. ~ Ban Ki-moon
Politically Correct quotes by Ban Ki-moon
If you play devil's advocate with political correctness, you'll get the horns - deliberate misinterpretation leading to you being fully demonized. ~ Stewart Stafford
Politically Correct quotes by Stewart Stafford
He burst into the house and ate Grandma, an entirely valid course of action for a carnivore such as himself. ~ James Finn Garner
Politically Correct quotes by James Finn Garner
I just feel like with independent movies ... they're really free to do whatever they want. They're not afraid to make a statement about anything, and there's not a huge studio behind them making sure that everything is wholesome and politically correct and all that. ~ Emma Roberts
Politically Correct quotes by Emma Roberts
Respectfully, 'Awkward Black Girl' was never meant to be politically correct. We poke fun at ignorance. ~ Issa Rae
Politically Correct quotes by Issa Rae
You know, that's what real diversity is: a diversity of the mind, which is absolutely apolitical as opposed to the politically correct version of diversity. ~ Gary J. Byrne
Politically Correct quotes by Gary J. Byrne
You're not going to get anything politically correct out of me. ~ Kid Rock
Politically Correct quotes by Kid Rock
If it were not for the fact that editors have become so timorous in these politically correct times, I would probably have a greater readership than I have. ~ Pat Oliphant
Politically Correct quotes by Pat Oliphant
Did you see, after this horrific tragedy in Boston, that [Barack] Obama cannot utter the word 'terrorist.' It's not politically correct. He even called the Fort Hood murderer 'workplace violence.' Because it's politically incorrect to talk about 'jihad,' or to talk about 'terrorist,' or to talk about 'the war on terror.' He won't say those words, because they're politically incorrect. ~ Rafael Cruz
Politically Correct quotes by Rafael Cruz
Nobody gives a shit that you're offended. I'm not. And my opinion is more important to me than yours. ~ Oliver Markus Malloy
Politically Correct quotes by Oliver Markus Malloy
I just think that it's strong and it's important that we recognize what the Christmas season is about; it's about the birth of our Savior, and there's a lot of pressure today to be politically correct, but people are realizing, too, that you have to be open to express your faith what you want believe. ~ Joel Osteen
Politically Correct quotes by Joel Osteen
If I want to read S.J. Perelman's Chicken Inspector No. 23 for the third time instead of some anguished, politically correct saga of a girl growing up in a trailer park in Kingman, Arizona, with an alcoholic mother who makes her straighten her naturally curly hair and won't let her date a Navajo boy or pursue her goal of becoming (naturally) a writer, I will. And I will laugh like a lunatic while doing it. ~ Mel White
Politically Correct quotes by Mel White
Times were very hard if you were a poor, politically correct Jewish girl living in the east end of London during the Blitz and you were trying to eke out a living as a hairdresser. ~ Linda Grant
Politically Correct quotes by Linda Grant
Women should not be penalized for being women. Equally, men should not be penalized for being men. I fear that in overly politically correct western Christian democracies, the latter is occurring. It should not be forgotten that nature will correct the pendulum, so that is does not swing too far either way. ~ Robert Black
Politically Correct quotes by Robert Black
What do you want in a female companion? What is the first thing that attracts you. Her ability to cook and keep house or is it the way she looks? It's not politically correct, GM hates it when I draw that analogy. But it's absolutely correct. ~ Bob Lutz
Politically Correct quotes by Bob Lutz
In all ages there arise protests from tender men against the bitterness of criticism, especially social criticism. They are the same men who, when they come down with malaria, patronize a doctor who prescribes, not quinine, but marshmallows. ~ H.L. Mencken
Politically Correct quotes by H.L. Mencken
People never think of themselves as choosing to be politically correct. They simply think in the way that they do. ~ Roger Ebert
Politically Correct quotes by Roger Ebert
Do you want the truth or the politically correct version? The truth is that I go plastic, it's so much easier. And I like to put the bags over my head at night when I sleep, which I think all the kids at home should try. Kidding!! ~ George Clooney
Politically Correct quotes by George Clooney
In society, there is enormous pressure for us to try and look good, to be politically correct, to say the right things, to be polite and basically to sacrifice ourselves on the way. ~ Thalia
Politically Correct quotes by Thalia
If you believe in nothing, if life can have no real objective meaning and all is socially constructed; then pleasure is absolutely necessary as an analgesic, and distraction is the primary philosophical argument. The politically correct are nihilists, that is reality-deniers, and when there is no reality then the only positive is pleasure. ~ Bruce G. Charlton
Politically Correct quotes by Bruce G. Charlton
America seemed like a place for honest people. The United States of America. The land of the free and the home of the brave. The most righteous, politically correct and awesomest country in the world.
It even says "in god we trust" on the dollar bills.
God bless America. ~ Carlito Sofer, Nik Krasno
Politically Correct quotes by Carlito Sofer, Nik Krasno
But the more I think about it, the more I think PC words are a crock of shit. If I want to describe something using a stupid word, I should. ~ Mark A. Rayner
Politically Correct quotes by Mark A. Rayner
In country music, one of the ways we may have gone wrong in the past is trying to be politically correct all the time. ~ Blake Shelton
Politically Correct quotes by Blake Shelton
What I say is what I say, I don't always say the right thing, I don't always say the politically correct thing. I don't have any regrets about that. ~ Bruce Willis
Politically Correct quotes by Bruce Willis
This politically correct world is spawning a generation of lazy, disrespectful, and entitled assholes. By trying to do the 'right' thing, we're doing the wrong thing. We're not doing our kids any favors by teaching them that they can get away with everything. ~ Jon Athan
Politically Correct quotes by Jon Athan
I was scared, because I knew that in the political arena, you have to satisfy so many different types of people at once, and I wasn't sure that I could speak for everybody and be politically correct. ~ Camryn Manheim
Politically Correct quotes by Camryn Manheim
Sociopath was really just a politically correct way to say "the devil". ~ Jack Pendarvis
Politically Correct quotes by Jack Pendarvis
My use of their is socially motivated and, if you like, politically correct: a deliberate response to the socially and politically significant banning of our genderless pronoun by language legislators enforcing the notion that the male sex is the only one that counts. I consistently break a rule I consider to be not only fake but pernicious. I ~ Ursula K. Le Guin
Politically Correct quotes by Ursula K. Le Guin
Be politically correct, but please don't bother other people with conversation about being politically correct, because that's the end of everything. You want to create boredom? Be politically correct in your conversation. ~ Karl Lagerfeld
Politically Correct quotes by Karl Lagerfeld
As an actor, you may do things that aren't politically correct. Unless you're an actor who only does things for political reasons. I believe if we don't do the good, bad, and the ugly, we're not going to progress. ~ Rosie Perez
Politically Correct quotes by Rosie Perez
I always say people would rather be nice than right. I like to be nice too, but come on. People frequently ask me, what is my definition of politically correct. My answer is always the same: the elevation of sensitivity over truth. People would rather be nice than right, rather be sensitive than true. Well, being nice and sensitive are important, but they're not more important than being right; they're not more important than the truth. ~ Bill Maher
Politically Correct quotes by Bill Maher
I can't be anything but what I am, Elle. If you want a man who is going to treat you like a broken doll, you sure as hell come to the wrong place. And if you expect me to step aside and let you make decisions that are ultimately going to harm you, then baby, you definitely have the wrong man because I protect my woman. Right or wrong, politically correct or not, I stand in front of her when there's need. ~ Christine Feehan
Politically Correct quotes by Christine Feehan
When you are challenging the young, they can come back at you with language of tremendous power and they are no respecters of sacred cows, you know, the young. There's nothing politically correct about the average young Australian when it comes to use of language. ~ Tony Abbott
Politically Correct quotes by Tony Abbott
Wetikos can psychopathically (and thus toxically) mimic the human personality perfectly. If it serves their agenda, they can be convincing beyond belief, making themselves out to be normal, caring, politically correct human beings. They can endlessly talking about taking responsibility, but they never genuinely face up to and become accountable for their actions. They are unable to genuinely mourn, being only concerned with themselves. They will feign grief, however, just as they will try to appear compassionate, if it is politically expedient to do so and, hence, to their advance, they are master manipulators. ~ Paul Levy
Politically Correct quotes by Paul Levy
Are the disjointed efforts of opinions, biases, cultural mandates, politically-correct notions, and all things vogue and trendy an effort to write ourselves sweeping permission to justify sweeping behaviors that will in time sweep us away? ~ Craig D. Lounsbrough
Politically Correct quotes by Craig D. Lounsbrough
Profanation and violation are part of the perversity of sex, which never will conform to liberal theories of benevolence. Every model of morally or politically correct sexual behavior will be subverted by nature's daemonic law. ~ Camille Paglia
Politically Correct quotes by Camille Paglia
We have become so politically correct in this society it is causing us to become more and more incorrect; this is costing us lives. ~ Bobby F. Kimbrough Jr.
Politically Correct quotes by Bobby F. Kimbrough Jr.
My father was a Republican, and he couldn't stand what Franklin Delano Roosevelt was doing to the country. I always say I'm a mean-spirited narrow-minded right-wing, conservative Christian ... I start out with that, and if you don't like it, you can lump it. I am not politically correct. ~ Jane Russell
Politically Correct quotes by Jane Russell
I have never claimed to do the right kind of things and make politically correct statements. ~ Shah Rukh Khan
Politically Correct quotes by Shah Rukh Khan
The emperor is naked!"
The parade stopped. The emperor paused. A hush fell over the crowd, until one quick-thinking peasant shouted:
"No, he isn't. The emperor is merely endorsing a clothing-optional lifestyle! ~ James Finn Garner
Politically Correct quotes by James Finn Garner
I can't write this book. It's not politically correct yet ~ Bangambiki Habyarimana
Politically Correct quotes by Bangambiki Habyarimana
In New Zealand, men and women would not take a party seriously if it did not have a good gender - and increasingly racial - mix. It's not about being politically correct; it's just who we are. ~ Jenny Shipley
Politically Correct quotes by Jenny Shipley
In addition to an education, kids were supposed to graduate with some basic values, self-discipline, and life skills. A little common sense wouldn't hurt either. Our schools don't teach that anymore. instead we're more concerned about kids having self-esteem and feeling good about themselves than we are about preparing them for real life. The politically correct crowd has taken over our schools, and as a result we are failing our children. ~ Donald J. Trump
Politically Correct quotes by Donald J. Trump
As the titanic losses were racking up, Fannie Mae's operators, Franklin Raines and Jamie Gorelick, disguised the catastrophe by orchestrating a $5 billion accounting fraud - all the while continuing to pressure banks to make absurd, politically correct loans and denouncing Republicans as enemies of the poor. ~ Ann Coulter
Politically Correct quotes by Ann Coulter
a little offending never hurt anybody ~ Charles M. Schulz
Politically Correct quotes by Charles M. Schulz
It is generally recognized that women are better than men at languages, personal relations and multitasking, but less good at map-reading and spatial awareness. It is therefore not unreasonable to suppose that women might be less good at mathematics and physics. It is not politically correct to say such things ... But it cannot be denied that there are differences between men and women. Of course, these are differences between the averages only. There are wide variations about the mean. ~ Stephen Hawking
Politically Correct quotes by Stephen Hawking
In his 16 years in the Senate, John Kerry has fought against government waste and worked hard to bring some accountability to Washington. Early in his Senate career in 1986, John signed on to the Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Deficit Reduction Bill, and he fought for balanced budgets before it was considered politically correct for Democrats to do so. John has worked to strengthen our military, reform public education, boost the economy and protect the environment. ~ Zell Miller
Politically Correct quotes by Zell Miller
Since I was five, I've known that I was adopted, which is a politically correct term for being clueless about one's own origins. ~ Jodi Picoult
Politically Correct quotes by Jodi Picoult
It was a rotten time to try to be a man in America. Until Blue came along I'd never even spent time around a man. Hell, I'd never even seen one. Where were all the men in this once great land? ~ Sol Luckman
Politically Correct quotes by Sol Luckman
The problem that we have is thinking there's only one kind of feminist, and that she's politically correct and right on at all times, wears flat shoes, doesn't wear makeup, probably doesn't have sex, is very angry, wears dungarees, is a vegetarian. ~ Caitlin Moran
Politically Correct quotes by Caitlin Moran
Claiming to be offended is a great way to elevate yourself at the expense of others: "Look at me! I'm a much better person than you! And I judge you! I condemn you! Shame! Shame! SHAME!" These social media shamings bear an uncanny resemblance to medieval witch hunts. ~ Oliver Markus Malloy
Politically Correct quotes by Oliver Markus Malloy
You cannot keep on saying oh, you know, talking about disrespecting women as just being politically correct or it's not a big deal or brushing things off. You've got to be aware of it. ~ Malcolm Turnbull
Politically Correct quotes by Malcolm Turnbull
In polite society, there is such a thing as sensitivity to some issues, as time has gone on. There was a time when we weren't politically correct, at all, and we all wince at moments when we look to the past and see that. I don't really know what the answer is, as far as that is concerned. However, me, as an artist, I don't really think about it, at all. It actually is not my job to think about that, especially in terms of me, as a writer, but also as a filmmaker. I'm not worried about the filmmaking part because, if I'm writing it, that's what I'm going to do. ~ Quentin Tarantino
Politically Correct quotes by Quentin Tarantino
Comrade, your statement is factually incorrect."
"Yes, it is. But it is politically correct."
(The Rise of Political Correctness) ~ Angelo Codevilla
Politically Correct quotes by Angelo Codevilla
Contrarian thinking at its best simply asks, Is this really true? It speaks up when the politically correct answer or the conventional wisdom doesn't match reality - when things simply don't work the way everyone says they should. ~ Larry Osborne
Politically Correct quotes by Larry Osborne
I'm not asking you to come reverently or unquestioningly; I'm not asking you to be politically correct or cast aside your sense of humor (please God you have one). This isn't a popularity contest, it's not the moral Olympics, and it's not church. But it's Writing, damn it, not washing the car or putting on eyeliner. If you can take it seriously, we can do business. If you can't or won't, it's time for you to close the book and do something else. Wash the car, maybe. ~ Stephen King
Politically Correct quotes by Stephen King
For the multiculturist/diversity crowd, culture, ideas, customs, arts and skills are a matter of racial membership where one has no more control over his culture than his race. That's a racist idea, but it's politically correct racism. It says that one's convictions, character and values are not determined by personal judgment and choices but genetically determined. In other words, as yesteryear's racists held: race determines identity. ~ Walter E. Williams
Politically Correct quotes by Walter E. Williams
I'm a feminist, of course, and I feel as if I'm very politically correct, although I do question what's P.C. and what's not - I don't just accept what I'm told. ~ Beth Ditto
Politically Correct quotes by Beth Ditto
When my dreams showed signs
of becoming
politically correct
no unruly images
escaping beyond borders
...
then I began to wonder ~ Adrienne Rich
Politically Correct quotes by Adrienne Rich
You see the one thing I've always maintained is that I'm an American Indian. I'm not a Native American. I'm not politically correct. Everyone who's born in the Western Hemisphere is a Native American. We are all Native Americans. And if you notice, I put American before my ethnicity. I'm not a hyphenated African-American or Irish-American or Jewish-American or Mexican-American. ~ Russell Means
Politically Correct quotes by Russell Means
While the archetype of the tinker is generally the whipping person in classical bedtimes stories, this particular individual was a tinker by trade and just happened to be economically disadvantaged. ~ James Finn Garner
Politically Correct quotes by James Finn Garner
The one thing I've always maintained is that I'm an American Indian. I'm not politically correct. ~ Russell Means
Politically Correct quotes by Russell Means
Few writers in history have ever been 'politically correct' (a notion that rapidly changes in any case), and there's no reason to imagine that gay writers will ever suit their readers, especially since that readership is splintered into ghettos within ghettos. ~ Edmund White
Politically Correct quotes by Edmund White
If you're going to get into social criticism with absurdity and satire, you can't be politically correct when you do that. ~ John Cusack
Politically Correct quotes by John Cusack
So you have the ownership of the Phoenix Suns, the Los Suns, and whoever - "We don't want to offend the portion of our fan base. We want to appear to be politically correct. We want to appear to be all-inclusive" and so forth. Well, fine and dandy, but what happens when that contributes to the overall deterioration of the culture of this society? ~ Rush Limbaugh
Politically Correct quotes by Rush Limbaugh
My liberal friends are such a bunch soft-headed, politically correct jerks ... ~ Jack Germond
Politically Correct quotes by Jack Germond
The way people deal with me - they'll go overboard in trying to be politically correct and make a mess of it. Everyone's so worried about what they're saying to everyone else, that they don't talk very much. ~ Warwick Davis
