Is that what it means to be human
to be all powerful,

only the walls to pray ~ Phil Kaye
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Kaye
My mother taught me this trick: if you repeat something over and over again it loses its meaning, for example homework homework homework homework homework homework homework homework homework, see? Nothing. Our existence she said is the same way. You watch the sunset too often it just becomes 6 pm you make the same mistake over and over you stop calling it a mistake. If you just wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up one day you'll forget why. ~ Phil Kaye

You can hear the scratching of a

Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Jackson
If you read on and unlock the secrets of time travel, you could be responsible for the dissolution of every puppy that ever exists - past, present and future. And we'll tell everyone it was you. ~ Phil Hornshaw
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Hornshaw
I'll never forget the time I went duck-hunting with my buddy Mike Williams; you'll read a lot about our adventures and shenanigans in this book. Mike and I were hunting blue-winged teal ducks, which tend to move en masse, so typically you'll either shoot your limit or not see a duck. In other words, there is a lot of idle time involved with teal hunting, so we usually bring along our fishing poles. After a hunt with Mike one morning, in which we had not seen a single teal, I hooked a four-pound bass. Almost simultaneously, one lone blue-winged teal flew over our heads. As I was reeling in the bass, I reached for my shotgun, raised it with only my left hand, and shot the duck. Now, I'm right-handed but left-eye dominant. It was the first duck I ever shot left-handed, but it would be the first of many. I eventually made the switch to shooting left-handed permanently. It was the hardest obstacle I've ever had to overcome in hunting, but it made me a better shot because I'm left-eye dominant.
When Mike and I went back to my dad's house and told him what happened, Phil didn't believe us, even though we had the teal and bass as evidence. He'd told us about a similar feat many times before, when his friend Hookin' Bull Thompson pulled in a fish with one hand and shot a duck with the other. I had heard the story many time, but only then did I realize it had now been duplicated. No matter how many times we told Phil about what I did, he didn't believe us. He thought we made the e ~ Jase Robertson
Phil Kaye quotes by Jase Robertson
I have three adopted children with Phil, and for years I was fighting in court with him over being able to see my kids. I was always going back and forth to California, going to court, and I was never able to get a project going. ~ Ronnie Spector
Phil Kaye quotes by Ronnie Spector
It was a rite of passage each year at Manhattan Life Insurance Company. The golden doors would open every summer to a new crop of bright-eyed college students, all of which were over-qualified for a job that required little more than a high school-equivalent GED and a fully loaded MetroCard. ~ Phil Wohl
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Wohl
Women have bitchfests when their men do something stupid. They get together to dicuss us, compare notes and sympathize. She has to have enough chocolate to share ~ Robin Kaye
Phil Kaye quotes by Robin Kaye
Why do so many marriages fail? Because nobody gets taught how to be married. We're not taught how to pick a mate, or why to pick a mate; we don't know how to manage our emotions once we're in a marriage; we don't know how to resolve marital conflict. Married people have never been taught why they or their spouses feel the way they do and act the way they do. Nobody has ever taught us the fundamentals. ~ Phil McGraw
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil McGraw
The Don looked around his cell, including the naked 30 year-old woman sprawled in his bed and steaming bowl of Mussels Marinara sitting in front of him. He was always famished after sex and couldn't envision a life on the outside that would limit all of the things he loved to do. In a way, being on the outside would be like going to jail for Don Vito. ~ Phil Wohl
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Wohl
I love finding myself in the most bizarre situations, drinking cobra's blood - really diverse stories. And yet, I will still turn up on location sometimes and be surprised by what I'm encountering or by how to do something. ~ Phil Keoghan
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Keoghan
I had at least thought there would be nobility in war. I know it exists. There are so many stories, and some of them have to be true. But I see mostly normal men, trying to do good, beaten down by horror, by their inability to quell their own rages, by their masculine posturing and their so-called hardness, their desire to be tougher, and therefore crueler, than their circumstance. And yet, I have this sense that this place is holier than back home. Gluttonous, fat, oversexed, overconsuming, materialist home, where we're too lazy to see our own faults. At least here, Rodriguez has the decency to worry about hell. The moon is unspeakably beautiful tonight. Ramadi is not. Strange that people live in such a place. • • • ~ Phil Klay
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Klay
The one thing I could do was voices and impersonations and weird characters, and there was really no call for that, except on Saturday Night Live. ~ Phil Hartman
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Hartman
In my better sense of mind, I know that I'm far from alone and far from the worst, and the earth keeps spinning. Everything keeps moving, with or without me. ~ Phil Anselmo
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Anselmo
The practice of soulful travel is to discover the overlapping point between history and everyday life, the way to find the essence of every place, every day: in the markets, small chapels, out-of-the-way parks, craft shops. Curiosity about the extraordinary in the ordinary moves the heart of the traveler intent on seeing behind the veil of tourism. ~ Phil Cousineau
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Cousineau
When you get married, your loyalty, first and foremost, is to your spouse, and to the family that you create together. ~ Phil McGraw
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil McGraw
Make sure people learn and grow from mistakes, and that they share that learning. But, don't accept the same mistake twice. Only make new mistakes. ~ Phil Dourado
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Dourado
Simple is clever. Complicated just means you haven't been clever enough to reduce 'it' to its essence. ~ Phil Dourado
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Dourado
She will always be etched in my being, like thread sewn through the fibers of my very soul. ~ Trish Kaye Lleone
Phil Kaye quotes by Trish Kaye Lleone
They were a fanatically independent people, much addicted to intrigue, treachery and murder, and that among their other national traits was an intolerance of rulers (or, if it came to that, of any form of authority whatsoever, other than their own desires). ~ M.M. Kaye
Phil Kaye quotes by M.M. Kaye
What matters most on your journey is how deeply you see, how attentively you hear, how richly the encounters are felt in your heart and soul. ~ Phil Cousineau
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Cousineau
I'm tired of being afraid," she said, her breath hitching. Shane shook his head. "The definition of courage is action in the face of fear. By that definition, sweetness, you're the bravest person I know. ~ Laura Kaye

Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Mitchell
Any professional sportsman will tell you that you can work out in the gym as much as you like, but eating is the key. It's making sure that you eat a healthy diet with lots of fruit and carbohydrates, such as pasta and rice, so that you're always refuelling. If you're going into games tired or your training tired, then there's a risk of injury. ~ Phil Hill
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Hill
I want to become more and more like Jesus my Lord, my Saviour. And the way we do that is through discipleship. So I get myself discipled by great men like Doctor Phil Pringle, constantly speaking into my life. ~ Kong Hee
Phil Kaye quotes by Kong Hee
A Note From Jase
I'm the second son of Phil and Kay Robertson. Si (Phil's youngest brother) named me on the riverbank. Si went to the river to tell Phil that Kay was having a baby. I've always heard that Phil's response was something to the effect of, "What do you want me to do about it?" Si asked him, "What do you want to name him?" Phil replied, "Name him after you." So I was given the name Jason Silas Robertson. Maybe that's why Si and I love to argue so much. My dad called me "Jase" about half the time, and somewhere through the years the name stuck. ~ Phil Robertson
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Robertson
We've tried to create something that's much more like being at a mountain resort. Many of these types of facilities done in the past paid little regard to structure or the environment and just focused on the sport of skiing. We've gone a step further and provided an immersive environment. ~ Phil Taylor
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Taylor
I tell you what I love - and I think you get better as you get older - when you're younger and you don't know what you don't know, you tend to talk more about what you think you know. You shut out the opportunity to learn what you don't know. ~ Phil Keoghan
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Keoghan
For the provision of God constantly to be at work in our lives we must activate the laws of God. ~ Phil Pringle
Phil Kaye quotes by Phil Pringle
