I do not want to sound cynical or condescending, but your lips are moving, your mind unbending. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
People will laugh at anything, except their own moronic self. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
People are hard to predict. The same music which moves one person to tears has little or no effect on the other. ~ Abhaidev
People Nature quotes by Abhaidev
People tend to react to other people in wholesale rather than in detail, right? He's a minister, so I hate him. She's beautiful, so I like her. One month later you wake up and realize you have nothing in common with the woman. ~ Ted Dekker
People Nature quotes by Ted Dekker
When we look at nature, we receive a sort of permission to be alive in this world, and our entire bodies get recharged. However often we're ignored and pushed away by other people, nature will always give us a good big hug, here inside our hearts. ~ Naoki Higashida
People Nature quotes by Naoki Higashida
Nature changes because people are changing their nature. ~ Kuldeep Chauhan
People Nature quotes by Kuldeep Chauhan
We live in a time of era where there is no value for innocence. People don't worth the innocence. And innocent people remain the sufferer and vulnerable to the world. ~ Salman Aziz
People Nature quotes by Salman Aziz
Doesn't anybody get tired of it all? Of having the same lives as everybody else, doing the same things as everybody else, following the same rules as everybody else... people are identical to the groups they identify with and they stay in these groups 'til they die and they never really discover who they really are or who they actually can be. It's so boring, so tiring. So many imaginary ceilings, imaginary walls, imaginary limits, imaginary happiness. ~ C. JoyBell C.
People Nature quotes by C. JoyBell C.
Only one kind of species of animals bites the hand that feeds them - mankind. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
It is people who are the objects of globalization and at the same time its subjects. What also follows logically from this is that globalization is not a law of nature, but rather a process set in train by people. ~ Tarja Halonen
People Nature quotes by Tarja Halonen
For me the number one reason is that us people with autism love the greenness of nature.
... Our fondness for nature is, I think, a little bit different to everyone else's. I'm guessing that what touches you in nature is the beauty of the trees and the flowers and things. But to us people with special needs, nature is as important as our own lives. The reason is that when we look at nature, we receive a sort of permission to be alive in this world, and our entire bodies get recharged. However often, we're ignored and pushed away by other people, nature will always give us a good big hug, here inside our hearts.
The greenness of nature is the lives of plants and trees. Green is life. And that's the reason we love to go for walks. ~ Naoki Higashida
People Nature quotes by Naoki Higashida
There is only one thing you can do on earth. Be yourself. Hopefully being good, and not a hood. So, be you! Everyone else is taken, grandstanding with their own silly self. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
Most people are but a fake-art, and as real as a concealed fart. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
Let us be absolutely truthful for once in our life. We human beings are basically assholes. As time goes by, some of us become a little better - a rascal. But most of us live and die as we were, and are. Plain-simply, assholes. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
People don't believe you love them, because they don't believe they can be loved. The problem is, they won't tell you that. They might not even know that. Don't you ever, ever, think that there's something wrong with you. They accept the love they think they deserve. ~ C. JoyBell C.
People Nature quotes by C. JoyBell C.
I'm shrewd about money; I invest well and look after it. But it's in my nature to be generous. I look after people. ~ Rod Stewart
People Nature quotes by Rod Stewart
To understand the nature of the people one must be a prince, and to understand the nature of the prince, one must be of the people ~ Niccolo Machiavelli
People Nature quotes by Niccolo Machiavelli
No tendency is quite so strong in human nature as the desire to lay down rules of conduct for other people. ~ William Howard Taft
People Nature quotes by William Howard Taft
Humans are mostly kind only to their own-self, and their own. To another being, they're mostly indifferent, if not inhumane. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
Spend time alone in areas of low population density, where you can feel the stillness. Go out into the desert or up into the mountains or to the ocean where there aren't too many people. ~ Frederick Lenz
People Nature quotes by Frederick Lenz
Nature abhors dimensional abnormalities, and seals them neatly away so they don't upset people. Nature, in fact, abhors a lot of things, including vacuums, ships called the marie celeste, and the chuck keys from electric drills. ~ Terry Pratchett
People Nature quotes by Terry Pratchett
I had a great career. I have no reason to complain. It's the way it goes in nature. You slow down. And I believe I lasted a lot longer than a lot of people. ~ Jens Voigt
People Nature quotes by Jens Voigt
When a law is in its nature a contract, when absolute rights have vested under that contract, a repeal of the law cannot divest those rights. The people can act only by their agents and, within the powers conferred upon them, their acts must be considered as the acts of the people. ~ John Marshall
People Nature quotes by John Marshall
Most people just do not give a crap. Especially about you. It is not because you're crap. Mostly it is so because they are. So, you're better than them. Yeah! Now, give a crap! ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
He had just reached the pavement and gave now the smallest, quickest of glances back up the hill, in our direction. Our eyes didn't meet, but I saw that he was even more beautiful than I had supposed. Even more beautiful than I had ever imagined it was possible to imagine imagining beauty. Beautiful in a way that made me realise that I had never even known before what beautiful really meant: not in people, nature, taste or sound. ~ Stephen Fry
People Nature quotes by Stephen Fry
When you say 'control freak' and 'OCD' and 'organized,' that suggests someone who's cold in nature, and I'm just not. Like, I'm really open when it comes to letting people in. But I just like my house to be neat, and I don't like to make big messes that would hurt people. ~ Taylor Swift
People Nature quotes by Taylor Swift
They don't know how warm you are and how warm they are with you, not until they're cold. People think a bonfire is something they can build anywhere. It's not. It takes wood, an open space, ideally stars in the sky. They can't fabricate that. They don't know how warm you are until they're cold. They don't know your stars until you're not there. ~ C. JoyBell C.
People Nature quotes by C. JoyBell C.
We're shameless in overlooking our own faults, but graceless in letting go another's. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
People would rather be equal thank free. ~ Ljupka Cvetanova
People Nature quotes by Ljupka Cvetanova
Guns have metamorphosed into cameras in this earnest comedy, the ecology safari, because nature has ceased to be what it always had been - what people needed protection from. Now nature tamed, endangered, mortal - needs to be protected from people. ~ Susan Sontag
People Nature quotes by Susan Sontag
If they [companies] believe they are in business to serve people, to help solve problems, to use and employ the ingenuity of their workers to improve the lives of people around them by learning from the nature that gives us life, we have a chance. ~ Paul Hawken
People Nature quotes by Paul Hawken
Anything we are preaching to people is what they become ~ Sunday Adelaja
People Nature quotes by Sunday Adelaja
is the God that showed him wondrous stories and lessons. The primary lesson for George was that love is the only important work in this world. Love people, nature, animals, and creation itself - and to show compassion and generosity. ~ John Graden
People Nature quotes by John Graden
The long and painstakingly detailed discussions seemed to me nothing more than the incessant nattering of toads in a water filled ditch and of no greater consequence. ~ Stephen R. Lawhead
People Nature quotes by Stephen R. Lawhead
I'm a very sensitive person by nature. Things move me very easily, like music or videos on Facebook, and I feel for people. ~ Sarah Hay
People Nature quotes by Sarah Hay
We live kind of society where people scold you for wearing crop clothes. But for their own pleasure and entertainment this society tears your clothes apart to see your naked body. Even the society forces you to strip down your clothes for their hidden satisfaction. But in front of all they just say you are so nasty. ~ Salman Aziz
People Nature quotes by Salman Aziz
Only a few people seem to realize that social harmony and peace with nature, between people, and within the individual only can come about when the material and spiritual realms are reconciled. ~ Fethullah Gulen
People Nature quotes by Fethullah Gulen
perturbed to put trust on people nowadays, people changes partner as per necessity. :( ~ Kurbhatt
People Nature quotes by Kurbhatt
I am really, truly dead serious when I am just joking. But only if you're a joke would you mind my poking. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
When people, land, and community are as one, all three members prosper; when they relate not as members but as competing interests, all three are exploited. By consulting Nature as the source and measure of that membership, The Land Institute seeks to develop an agriculture that will save soil from being lost or poisoned while promoting a community life at once prosperous and enduring. ~ Wes Jackson
People Nature quotes by Wes Jackson
Business requires understanding financial matters, but management is different from running the financial aspects of the business - it requires understanding complex systems, how they operate, the nature of organisations, what happens when people interact in groups and how to motivate and guide people. ~ Rosabeth Moss Kanter
People Nature quotes by Rosabeth Moss Kanter
Frankly, the only good people who I know are dogs. ~ Fakeer Ishavardas
People Nature quotes by Fakeer Ishavardas
Some people choose to be wrong just to say they were always right... ~ Miguel Reynolds Brandao
People Nature quotes by Miguel Reynolds Brandao
But people are not butterflies, right.
People are, well, more important than butterflies.
We have opposable thumbs, hello.
You can't possibly compare the sanctity of a human's life with that of a butterfly. In our culture you can and, indeed, must quantify sanctity, and butterflies have less than people. ~ Inga Muscio
People Nature quotes by Inga Muscio
I believe that flowers are like people. Flowers come in different colours, shapes and sizes. Some extremely rare and some very common. They are all beautiful in their own unique way. ~ Alex Haditaghi
People Nature quotes by Alex Haditaghi
Poisonous people will try to destroy you when they recognize your power; this is because they fear what you might become. ~ Peprah Boasiako
People Nature quotes by Peprah Boasiako
When animals make a stupid mistake, you laugh at them. A cat misjudges a leap. A dog looks overly quizzical about a simple object. These are funny things. But when a person doesn't understand something, if they miscalculate and hit the brakes too late, blame is assigned. They are stupid. They are wrong. Teachers and cops are there to sort it out, with a trail of paperwork to illustrate the stupidity. The faults. The evidence and incidents of these things. We have entire systems in place to help decide who is what. Sometimes the systems don't work. Families spend their weekend afternoons at animal shelters, even when they're not looking for a pet. They come to see the unwanted and unloved. The cats and dogs who don't understand why they are these things. They are petted and combed, walked and fed, cooed over and kissed. Then they go back in their cages and sometimes tears are shed. Fuzzy faces peering through bars can be unbearable for many. Change the face to a human one and the reaction changes. The reason why is because people should know better. But our logic is skewed in this respect. A dog that bites is a dead dog. First day at the shelter and I already saw one put to sleep, which in itself is a misleading phrase. Sleep implies that you have the option of waking up. Once their bodies pass unconsciousness to something deeper where systems start to fail, they revolt a little bit, put up a fight on a molecular level. They kick. They cry. They don't want to go. And this happ ~ Mindy McGinnis
People Nature quotes by Mindy McGinnis
People often reveal their innermost selves in the most innocent of situations. ~ Abhishek Ratna
People Nature quotes by Abhishek Ratna
Don't force the people to be changed, let the people to change by themselves. ~ Kamaran Ihsan Salih
People Nature quotes by Kamaran Ihsan Salih
A lone figure lies motionless in his bed as the street below him is still and silent, until a sudden sound shatters the relative calm. The noise comes from out of nowhere, is high-pitched and repetitive and is starting to get louder and louder; what could it be? A light breeze stirs the cold air as it makes its way down the long passages of the street, sweeps down and picks up the yet unknown noise and lifts it high in the air, spreading the sound all around before taking it up into a darkened room above: Paul's room. The room is a simple one with a double bed and bedside table, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a few shelves scattered with books being the only other furniture: it is a single man's room. ~ Ross Lennon
People Nature quotes by Ross Lennon
People are always busy in trying to manipulate and dominate others! ~ Salman Aziz
People Nature quotes by Salman Aziz
No human being really has any misery. It is your own mistake if you complain of the misery. ~ Dada Bhagwan
People Nature quotes by Dada Bhagwan
Some people have a tendency to forget you, when you stop giving ~ Charmaine J. Forde
People Nature quotes by Charmaine J. Forde
O take me from the busy crowd,
I cannot bear the noise!
For Nature's voice is never loud;
I seek for quiet joys.
The book I love is everywhere,
And not in idle words;
The book I love is known to all,
And better lore affords. ~ John Clare
People Nature quotes by John Clare
I do the same gig. I might change it a little; I might slow it down if I'm in the South. I talk fast, and they're not used to people talking that fast. ~ Lewis Black
People Nature quotes by Lewis Black
I've been thinking about that question about what city people can do. The main thing is to realize that country people can't invent a better agriculture by ourselves. Industrial agriculture wasn't invented by us, and we can't uninvent it. We'll need some help with that. ~ Wendell Berry
People Nature quotes by Wendell Berry
It's strange to sleep. Sleep is a mysterious thing even in the simplest of people. When you're sleepy, you seem to be getting sick, losing energy, losing clear thought, lying down out of weakness. Then you succumb to the weakness and what happens next resembles death. And then you dream. You abide in a world whose rules are hidden even from you - you who create it. ~ Tony Burgess
People Nature quotes by Tony Burgess
Percy," Grover said, "the gods really don't appreciate people sitting in their thrones. I mean like turn-you-into-a-pile-of-ashes don't appreciate it. ~ Rick Riordan
People Nature quotes by Rick Riordan
Many people measure their success by wealth, recognition, power and status. There's nothing wrong with those, but if that's all you're focused on, you're missing the boat ... if you focus on significance -using your time and talent to serve others -that's when truly meaningful success can come your way. ~ Ken Blanchard
People Nature quotes by Ken Blanchard
Convinced that the people are the only safe depositories of their own liberty, and that they are not safe unless enlightened to a certain degree, I have looked on our present state of liberty as a short-lived possession unless the mass of the people could be informed to a certain degree. ~ Thomas Jefferson
People Nature quotes by Thomas Jefferson
Because even if they are doing something immoral, I'd be an idiot to start criticizing them for it if I wasn't perfect myself. Smoking is self-destructive. Drinking is self-destructive. Losing your temper and yelling at people is wrong. Lying is wrong. Cheating is wrong. Stealing is wrong. But people do that stuff all the time. Soon as I figure out how to be a perfect human being, then I'm qualified to go lecture other people about how they live their lives. ~ Jim Butcher
People Nature quotes by Jim Butcher
In the future, people will blame the Eighties for all societal ills in the same way that people have previously blamed the Sixties. The various Thatcherite Big Bangs - monetarism, deregulation, libertarianism - have been working their way through the culture ever since. ~ Peter York
People Nature quotes by Peter York
Having people be impressed with a house is not a compliment. You don't want them to say, 'What a place!' You want them to sit down and enjoy it. ~ Robert Denning
People Nature quotes by Robert Denning
I am the audience. I want to observe people. Even when I'm playing drums onstage, I'm watching people. I'm looking at them and their faces and their T-shirts and their signs. And travelling by motorcycle, especially, the world is just coming at me. ~ Neil Peart
People Nature quotes by Neil Peart
I repeat here what you will find in my first chapter, that the only thing that signifies to you in a book is what it means to you, and if your opinion is at variance with that of everyone else in the world it is of no consequence. Your opinion is valid for you. In matters of art people, especially, I think, in America, are apt to accept willingly from professors and critics a tyranny which in matters of government they would rebel against. But in these questions there is no right and wrong. The relation between the reader and his book is as free and intimate as that between the mystic and his God. Of all forms of snobbishness the literary is perhaps the most detestable, and there is no excuse for the fool who despises his fellow-man because he does not share his opinion of the value of a certain book. Pretence in literary appreciation is odious, and no one should be ashamed if a book that the best critics think highly of means nothing to him. On the other hand it is better not to speak ill of such books if you have not read them. ~ W. Somerset Maugham
People Nature quotes by W. Somerset Maugham
It is astonishing how much more people are interested in lengthening life than improving it. ~ Charles Caleb Colton
People Nature quotes by Charles Caleb Colton
You must recognize when it's time to let another's well being be their priority, not yours. ~ Shanna Star
People Nature quotes by Shanna Star
I accept all people - even the people I find unacceptable. ~ Jarod Kintz
People Nature quotes by Jarod Kintz
There is a danger in Christians supposing that they simply have to be flaky, awkward, against the government all the time, continually doing things upside down and inside out. Some people of course seem to be born that way, and use the gospel imperative as an excuse for foisting their own cussedness or arrogance on everyone else. ~ N. T. Wright
People Nature quotes by N. T. Wright
I reached the age of 70, because I have cultivated an association of multicultural intellectuals who are informed and alert to whatever "tricknology" that's laid on us by the powers that be. These include White ethnic intellectuals- people who know their roots- as well as Native American, Asian American, Hispanic and Black intellectuals. These are thirty, forty-year associations with some of the best minds around. Minds that are ignored by the media. ~ Ishmael Reed
People Nature quotes by Ishmael Reed
We're very simple people at Apple. We focus on making the world's best products and enriching people's lives. ~ Tim Cook
People Nature quotes by Tim Cook
People who are filled with hate don't know how to handle love. ~ P.C. Cast
People Nature quotes by P.C. Cast
When people asked about his schizophrenia, Eric, who didn't exactly flaunt his illness but wasn't ashamed of it, either, offered up the comparison of alcoholism. Not every drunk is a single bourbon away from skid row, just like every schizophrenic is not a tatty-haired, crazy-eyed gunman who delights in murdering alien-people from clock towers. There are functioning alcoholics just as there are functioning schizophrenics, individuals who work, maintain homes, and have hobbies, goals, and relationships like every other slob on the planet. ~ Vivian Barz
People Nature quotes by Vivian Barz
It is said that science demystifies nature, but scientists on the frontier are awed by the elegance and harmony of nature. ~ Daniel C. Matt
People Nature quotes by Daniel C. Matt
You read about people like you in myths and in the Lore, struggling with their gifts. But it's the struggle that brings greatness. If your powers came easily to you, without incident, you would never appreciate them as you should. And you would no' be a good leader because you would be impatient with others who did have to work hard. It never comes easy to the great warriors in history. ~ Kresley Cole
People Nature quotes by Kresley Cole
Stand in a way that you are always empowering people to join in, because the only way to be truly successful is not to succeed as an individual, but to succeed as a part of a community, of a country. ~ Cory Booker
People Nature quotes by Cory Booker
You can try your hardest to change something - exhaust every possibility- and sometimes it's still not enough.
But almost means you were there. You did all you could.
In the end, it's the smallest decisions that matter the most.
The seemingly insignificant choices we make every day-
To be honest with the people we love and ourselves-
To let go of the things we can't control, and appreciate the things we can.
Sometimes it's hard to see how much these things mean.
But they add up.
They mean everything. ~ Justin A. Reynolds
People Nature quotes by Justin A. Reynolds
I cherished the dream of a country embracing all its people. ~ Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa
People Nature quotes by Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa
Of course, money will do after its kind, and will steadily work to unspiritualize and unchurch the people to whom it was bequeathed. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
People Nature quotes by Ralph Waldo Emerson
It was in this way he asked people to enter another realm of the mind. Places far away, and mysterious, brought to them by details which they did not understand but which entranced them. ~ Paulette Jiles
People Nature quotes by Paulette Jiles
Everybody, listen!" he shouted to the far-off crowds. "Rundark has super-powerful magical bombs. And they will be headed straight toward those giant vision orbs you're watching. You need to get as far away from those orbs as possible!"
And all around the Thirteen Kingdoms, seven people turned away from the orbs and fled. Yes, that's right: seven. The thousands of others stayed glued to the action. They'd discovered a new form of moving-picture entertainment, and nothing was going to tear them away ~ Christopher Healy
People Nature quotes by Christopher Healy
I always think I don't believe in God because I don't go to church and I don't care what people do as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. But if that's true, then why do I mumble to a higher being sometimes? Please help me, I ask sometimes. ~ Emery Lord
People Nature quotes by Emery Lord
The strong experience of nature ... is the necessary basis for all conception of art on which rests the grandeur and beauty of all future work. ~ Paul Cezanne
People Nature quotes by Paul Cezanne
I like to work with talented people, I must say that. That's my weakness. I really like to work with good directors. That doesn't mean I don't like to work with starting up young directors, that's fun also. ~ Vilmos Zsigmond
People Nature quotes by Vilmos Zsigmond
