It takes time and deeds, and this involves trust, it involves making ourselves vulnerable to each other…to become sitting ducks for each other----and if one of the ducks is shamming, then the sincere duck will pay in pain---but the deceitful duck, I feel, will be the loser. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
My slogan?

PUT A BLACK FINGER ON THE NUCLEAR TRIGGER.

400 years of docility, of being calm, cool and collected under stress and strain would go to prove that I was the man for the job, that I would not panic in a crisis and push the button. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Every time I embrace a black woman I'm embracing slavery, and when I put my arms around a white woman, well, I'm hugging freedom. The white man forbade me to have the white woman on pain of death ... . I will not be free until the day I can have a white woman in my bed. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Everybody changes, not just me. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
It is not an overstatement to say that the destiny of the entire human race depends on what is going on in America today. This is a staggering reality to the rest of the world; they must feel like passengers in a supersonic jetliner who are forced to watch helplessly while a passel of drunks, hypes, freaks, and madmen fight for the controls and the pilot's seat. – Eldridge Cleaver, Soul on Ice, 1968 ~ Mark Kurlansky
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Mark Kurlansky
In prison, those things withheld from and denied to the prisoner become precisely what he wants most of all. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Bad news drives out good news. The irrational is more controversial than the rational. Concurrence can no longer compete with dissent. One minute of Eldridge Cleaver is worth ten minutes of Roy Wilkins. The labor crises settled at the negotiating table is nothing compared to the confrontation that results in a strike ... normality has become the nemesis of network news. ~ Spiro T. Agnew
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Spiro T. Agnew
Respect commands itself and it can neither be given nor withheld when it is due. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
We always had a central committee. They were mesmerized by Eldridge Cleaver. ~ Huey Newton
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Huey Newton
No two individuals, it would seem, could be further apart politically than [Eldridge] Cleaver and [George] Wallace. Cleaver, on the one hand, embodies and articulates the rage that has gripped large segments of the black community in recent years. Born of desperation and despair, this rage has produced burnings and lootings in the ghetto as well as a philosophy of black separatism that represents more a withdrawal from an intimidating and unresponsive white society than a positive program for political action. This rage was also the source of Cleaver's influence. He could ride its powerful currents to fame and notoriety--which the mass media were more than willing to heap upon him--but he could not begin to propose a solution to the injustices that had produced it. Indeed, to assuage the anger and frustration in the black community would have threatened his own base of power.

Wallace, on the other hand, has often been called the embodiment of white racism and reaction. That he is, but, more precisely, his preeminence was a result of the fear which gripped large sections of the white community throughout the country. The Wallace movement grew to frightening proportions not because of anything that Wallace did but because the politically polarized atmosphere in the country called forth the need for a man who would represent the fears and the very worst instincts of millions of people.

While Cleaver and Wallace seem on the surface to be so very different, ~ Bayard Rustin
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Bayard Rustin
I don't want people to think he [Eldridge Cleaver] is so important - our party is important because our party works for the people and no individual is important in our party, including myself. ~ Huey Newton
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Huey Newton
I did not know that I had all these feelings inside me. They have never been aroused before. Now they cascade down upon my head and threaten to beat me down to the ground, into the dust. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
I have lived those lines and I know that if I had not been apprehended I would have slit some white throats. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Every highly successful person is a maniac on a mission. Too much agreement kills a chat ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
What we're saying today is that you're either part of the solution or you're part of the problem. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
You don't have to teach people how to be human. You have to teach them how to stop being inhuman. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
We have dedicated our lives, our blood, to the freedom and liberation of our people, and nothing, no force can stop us from achieving our goal. If it is necessary to destroy the United States of America, then let us destroy it with a smile on our faces. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
The price of hating other human beings is loving oneself less. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Nobody could have possibly known that the FBI had sent a phony letter to Eldridge Cleaver in Algiers, 'signed' by the Panther 21, criticizing Huey Newton's leadership... no one could have known that the FBI's cointelpro was attempting to destroy the Black Panther Party in particular, and the Black Liberation movement in general, using divide-and-conquer tactics. ~ Assata Shakur
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Assata Shakur
I have taken an oath in my heart to oppose communism until the day I die. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
I've gone beyond civil rights and human rights to creation rights. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
In Soledad state prison, I fell in with a group of young blacks who, like myself, were in vociferous rebellion against what we perceived as a continuation of slavery on a higher plane. We cursed everything American---including baseball and hot dogs. All respect we may have had for politicians, preachers, lawyers, governors, Presidents, congressmen was utterly destroyed as we watched them temporizing and compromising over right and wrong, over legality and illegality, over constitutionality and unconstitutionality. We knew that in the end what they were clashing over was us, what to do with the blacks, and whether or not to start treating us as human beings. I despised all of them. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
In 1967, the students at San Francisco State invited the poet Amiri Baraka to the campus for a semester. He attracted other influential black writers such as Sonia Sanchez, Ed Bullins, Eldridge Cleaver. What emerged was something we called the community communications program. That's how I got involved; I got involved in a little play. ~ Danny Glover
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Danny Glover
...you can jail revolutionaries, but you can't jail the revolution.

You might run a liberator like Eldridge Cleaver out of the country, but you can't run liberation out of the country.

You might murder a freedom fighter like Bobby Hutton, but you can't murder freedom fighting.

And if you do, you'll come up with answers that don't answer,
explanations that don't explain,
you'll come up with conclusions that don't conclude

And you'll come up with people that you thought should be acting like pigs that's acting like people and instead moving on pigs. ~ Fred Hampton
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Fred Hampton
All I can say is, it's a good thing we didn't win the revolution [laughter]. We would've ended up with people like Abie Hoffman and Eldridge Cleaver at the helm; we would've been in big trouble. Big trouble. It would've been such a Stalinist purge ... All those people that were the top names in those movements back then were all egotistical assholes, it turned out, every single one of them [laughter]. ~ Robert Crumb
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Robert Crumb
Americans think of themselves collectively as a huge rescue squad on twenty-four hour call to any spot on the globe where dispute and conflict may erupt. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
You have a 45mm automatic pistol on your lap, and I have a 35mm camera on my lap, and my weapon is just as powerful as yours. (To Black Panther militant Eldridge Cleaver) ~ Gordon Parks
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Gordon Parks
The Twist was a guided missile launched from the ghetto into the heart of suburbia. The Twist succeeded, as politics, religion and law could never do, in writing in the heart and soul what the Supreme Court could only write on the books. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
If you are not a part of the solution, you are a part of the problem. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Too much agreement kills a chat. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
You have tossed me a lifeline. If you only knew how I'd been drowning, how I'd considered that I'd gone down for the third time long ago, how I kept thrashing around in the water simply because I still felt the impulse to fight back and the tug of a distant shore…. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
History could pass for a scarlet text, its jot and title graven red in human blood. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
The white youth of today have begun to react to the fact that the American Way of Life is a fossil of history. What do they care if their old baldheaded and crew-cut elders don't dig their caveman mops? They couldn't care less about the old, stiff-assed honkies who don't like their new dances: Frog, Monkey, Jerk, Swim, Watusi. All they know is that it feels good to swing to way-out body-rhythms instead of dragging across the dance floor like zombies to the dead beat of mind-smothered Mickey Mouse music. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
I was 22 when I came to prison and of course I have changed tremendously over the years. But I had always had a strong sense of myself and in the last few years I felt that I was losing my identity. There was a deadness in my body that eluded me, as though I could not exactly locate its site….And since encountering you, I feel life strength flowing back into that spot. My step, the tread of my stride, which was becoming tentative and uncertain, had begun to recover and take on a new definiteness, a confidence, a boldness which makes me want to kick over a few tables. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
You either have to be part of the solution, or you're going to be part of the problem. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Ah, what sights and sounds and pain lie beneath that mist. And we had thought that our hard climb out of that cruel valley led to some cool, green and peaceful, sunlit place
but it's all jungle here, a wild and savage wilderness that's overrun with ruins. But put on your crown, my Queen, and we will build a New City on these ruins. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
I feel that I am a citizen of the American dream and that the revolutionary struggle of which I am a part is a struggle against the American nightmare. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
There is no calamity which a great nation can invite which equals that which follows a supine submission to wrong and injustice and the consequent loss of national self-respect and honor, beneath which are shielded and defended a people's safety and greatness. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Take the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. I remember as a child how I used to choke up every morning "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." Now it didn't say, "I pledge allegiance to racism, to capitalism, and to neocolonialism, and J. Edgar Hoover, and Richard Nixon, .and Ronald Reagan, and Mace, and billy clubs and dead niggers on the street shot by pigs." I mean it didn't say that shit, you see. ~ Eldridge Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Eldridge Cleaver
Your life is defined by death, and each time you face it you grow stronger. You learn more, and feel more. It sounds stupid to say it like this, but not dying makes you more alive. ~ Dan Wells
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Dan Wells
If we were created from the very fiber of our birth parents' physical and emotional beings, don't you think our need to think about them would be innate? If we had primal conversations with our mother in the womb, wouldn't you say it is natural for us to think about her as we are growing up and growing old? And if our birth father's DNA helped determine the color of our hair and eyes, wouldn't you say that he is just as much a part of us as our mother and it is normal to want a relationship with him? Wherever we are in the spectrum of perceptions about our birth parents, we must rest assured that our thoughts are normal and healthy. They are part of the fiber of our being. Part of the package of being adopted. It is all about our identity ... our dual identity. ~ Sherrie Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Sherrie Eldridge
There is also the ceaseless outpouring of books on toilet training, separating one sibling's fist from another sibling's eye socket, expressing breast milk while reading a legal brief, helping preschoolers to "own" their feelings, getting Joshua to do his homework, and raising teenage boys so they become Sensitive New Age Guys instead of rooftop snipers or Chippendale dancers. Over eight hundred books on motherhood were published between 1970 and 2000; only twenty-seven of these came out between 1970 and 1980, so the real avalanch happened in the past twenty years. We've learned about the perils of "the hurried child" and "hyperparenting," in which we schedule our kids with so many enriching activities that they make the secretary of state look like a couch spud. But the unhurried child probably plays too much Nintendo and is out in the garage building pipe bombs, so you can't underschedule them either. Then there's the Martha Stewartization of America, in which we are meant to sculpt the carrots we put in our kids' lunches into the shape of peonies and build funhouses for them in the backyard; this has raised the bar to even more ridiculous levels than during the June Cleaver era. ~ Susan J. Douglas
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Susan J. Douglas
There are people walking around the streets of Kansas City who are unemployed, while one of our largest employers is not only sending jobs aboard, but then turning around and making a statement about preserving jobs. ~ Emanuel Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Emanuel Cleaver
I cannot have men stationed outside the first-class promenade. How will that look to well-paying passengers? This is not a workhouse and I will not treat my passengers like prisoners. They're not being terrorized with a theatrical murder tonight and I intend to keep it that way. I will not make them suffer."

I physically had to check to see if my head had exploded from such a ridiculous statement. Gentle prodding of my hair proved my skull was still intact, miracle of all miracles.

"You cannot be serious." Thomas tossed his hands in the air. "It would seem an awful lot better to have crew members posted along the decks than to see dismembered body parts floating about while first-class patrons made their way to breakfast and tea. 'Oh, look, Miss Eldridge, there's a mauled torso. Won't you pass the cream and sugar?'"

"Don't be absurd," the captain said, aghast.

"Apologies," Thomas said, not sounding at all sorry, "I'm only following your lead. ~ Kerri Maniscalco
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Kerri Maniscalco
The truth is, the very act of adoption is built upon loss. For the birth parents, the loss of their biological offspring, the relationship that could have been, a very part of themselves. For the adoptive parents, the loss of giving birth to a biological child, the child whose face will never mirror theirs. And for the adopted child, the loss of the birth parents, the earliest experience of belonging and acceptance. To deny adoption loss is to deny the emotional reality of everyone involved. ~ Sherrie Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Sherrie Eldridge
It doesn't matter what other people think when you're right - John Cleaver ~ Dan Wells
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Dan Wells
Louis and Regina found a tiny apartment on Eldridge Street, on Manhattan's Lower East Side, for $8 a month. Louis then took to the streets, looking for work. He saw peddlers and fruit sellers and sidewalks crammed with pushcarts. The noise and activity and energy dwarfed what he had known in the Old World. He was first overwhelmed, then invigorated. He went ~ Malcolm Gladwell
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Malcolm Gladwell
Remember watching television with your parents? Little House on the Prairie, Beaver Cleaver, Father Knows Best, Brady Bunch, Happy Days, fine white family shows with white Christian morals. You know what I mean? Today, Jews own the media and show shit on TV that's against God - races mixing, inbreeding, faggots raising kids, Jew comedy, a bunch of crap. You can't watch television anymore. I want to see a white, civil society, where white rights count, and there's none of this garbage polluting my children's minds. ~ Mark M. Bello
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Mark M. Bello
They walked back to the chopping block, Claire carrying the crab in her hands. Helen paused. "You know, I'd like to ask you something a friend asked me once, if you don't think it's too personal."
"What is it?"
"What do you do that makes you happy? Just you?"
Claire looked at Helen for a moment and thought, the crab resting on the block beneath her hands.
"I was just wondering," Helen continued. "No one ever asked me when I was your age, and I think it's a good thing to think about."
Claire nodded. Then she took the cleaver and cut the crab into ten pieces. ~ Erica Bauermeister
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Erica Bauermeister
Bang! The end of his little finger, now, and three more pieces of the rest. His middle finger was down to the knuckle, almost. Severard stared, his eyes wide with horror, his breath coming in short, fast gasps. Shock, amazement, stunned terror. Glokta leaned down to his ear. 'I hope you weren't planning to take up the violin, Severard. You'll be lucky if you can play a fucking gong by the time we're done here.' He winced at a spasm in his neck as he lifted the cleaver again. ~ Joe Abercrombie
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Joe Abercrombie
[He] was alone, which surprised me. But not as much as the wicked looking knife he pulled off the passenger's seat and brought out with him. It was the kind of blade that a steak knife dreamed of becoming someday. It was bigger than a cleaver, not quite broadsword size.
Drew whistled. How many box tops did he have to turn in for that? ~ Scott Tracey
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Scott Tracey
A man's character is most evident by how he treats those who are not in a position either to retaliate or reciprocate. ~ Paul Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Paul Eldridge
Adoptive parents often say about adoption day: "It was the happiest day of our lives!" While most of us are happy to be adopted, our own hearts tell us that adoption day was the most painful day of our lives, for the person with whom we shared deep intimacy suddenly disappeared from our world. ~ Sherrie Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Sherrie Eldridge
In the spider-web of facts, many a truth is strangled. ~ Paul Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Paul Eldridge
The place looks like where David Lynch would meet Beaver Cleaver's mom for secret afternoons of bondage and milkshakes. ~ Richard Kadrey
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Richard Kadrey
I walked down to the village with five Sceltie puppies. I came back to the Hall with four."
"And the fifth ?"
"By now, I'm sure Sylvia has convinced the little bitch to let go of Mikal's trousers. And Mrs Beale promised to send her recipe for puppy biscuits to Sylvia's cook."
"Mrs Beale agreed to share a recipe," Saetan said slowly.
"Mrs Beale agreed that I could pay for ... I'm not sure what it is except that it's something she wanted for the kitchen but couldn't justify as a normal household expense."
"And you agreed to fund this in exchange for a recipe ?"
Daemon stared at his father for a long moment before he muttered, "She sharpened the meat cleaver before coming to talk to me."
One beat of silence. Two. Then Saetan burst out laughing. ~ Anne Bishop
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Anne Bishop
History is the transformation of tumultuous conquerors into silent footnotes. ~ Paul Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Paul Eldridge
First of all, do I think there's some racists in the Tea Party? Yeah. I'm an ordained United Methodist pastor; there's some racists in the Methodist church. I don't know if there's a body that does not have some racists in it. ~ Emanuel Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Emanuel Cleaver
It wasn't long before I had the urge to glance inside. I then had a slight moment of panic. Number one, Big John was walking out the door with a meat cleaver gleaming in his hand. Yes, a meat cleaver.
Number two, he was glaring at Caleb like he was the devil himself. ~ Shelly Crane
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Shelly Crane
June Cleaver fused with a Suicide Girl. ~ Helena Hunting
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Helena Hunting
Me Tarz-tosterone; You Estro-Jane ~ Tony Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Tony Cleaver
Within the factory capitalist domination is seen to be virtually complete. Although workers might legitimately struggle to keep wages from being depressed in periods of crisis, such "economistic" struggles are ultimately confined within the dynamic of capitalist growth and cannot pose any real threat to its existence. The inevitable conclusion of this kind of analysis is to place all hope for effective struggle in the "political" sphere, which usually implies support for some form of party organization. ~ Harry Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Harry Cleaver
Acts of terror have never brought down liberal democracies. Acts of parliament have closed a few. ~ William Eldridge Odom
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by William Eldridge Odom
Good to know, even after a family drama, Gwen's still hard at work on that great ass," he noted.
"Gus!" Maria shouted. I laughed. So did Hawk. I didn't hear it, but I felt it up against me. It felt really nice. Hawk's laughter faded. I missed it when it was gone until Maria muttered, "She might be dazzled but she's not afraid of using a cleaver. I see good things," and I got Hawk's laughter back again. ~ Kristen Ashley
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Kristen Ashley
Then one detail caught my attention. "Time (of birth), 5:57 A.M." Wow! I really was born! I wasn't an alien who was dropped down into my adoptive parents' arms. I was a real baby who experienced a real birth from a real mother at a real time of day. For me, that tid-bit of information was like a meal to a starving woman. ~ Sherrie Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Sherrie Eldridge
We endeavor to stuff the universe into the gullet of an aphorism. ~ Paul Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Paul Eldridge
We hew and saw and plane facts to make them dovetail with our prejudices, so that they become mere ornaments with which to parade our objectivity. ~ Paul Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Paul Eldridge
I peered deeper into the mirror, searching. Who was staring back? He looked like me, he talked like me, his body moved when mine did. I swayed to the right, then left, then back to centre; the person in the mirror did the same. This was the thing that terrified me the most – more than the victim, more than the demon, more even than the dark thoughts. It was the fact that the dark thoughts were mine. That I couldn't separate myself from evil, because most of the evil in my life came from inside my own head. ~ Dan Wells
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Dan Wells
You're not a hero, despite what people say. You don't need to be a hero to save a life. You just need to be alive enough. A person who loves enough will have a reason to save a life. A person who is curious enough will find a way. A person who is brave enough will have things they would die for because they have discovered moments worth dying for long before their bravery was needed. Discover what matters, then be alive enough to fight for it. Be alive enough, and you'll change the world. - Eldridge, The Five Unnecessaries ~ Laura Campbell
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Laura Campbell
I'd listened to [Ornette Coleman] all kinds of ways. I listened to him high and I listened to him cold sober. I even played with him. I think he's jiving baby. ~ Roy Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Roy Eldridge
White Christian America had its golden age in the 1950s, after the hardships and victories of World War Ii and before the cultural upheavals of the 1960s. June Cleaver was its mother, Andy Griffith was its sheriff, Norman Rockwell was its artist. and Billy Graham and Norman Vincent Peale were its ministers. ~ Robert P. Jones
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Robert P. Jones
At Verve, my bookkeeper would invariably say, 'Well, why do you want to put out Roy Eldridge?' Or 'Why do you want to put out Ben Webster? They don't sell.' And I'd say, 'Well, whether they sell or not, they're important, they should be recorded and they're what Verve stands for, so we don't have to discuss that any further. ~ Norman Granz
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Norman Granz
There is more power in unity than division. ~ Emanuel Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Emanuel Cleaver
We have Democrats saying dumb things every single day, and Republicans as well. ~ Emanuel Cleaver
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Emanuel Cleaver
I have to tell you that June Cleaver had a job in 'The New Leave It to Beaver.' She did. Sure, she was a council woman. She went to work. She wasn't a sit-at-home grandma. She went out, got a job. ~ Barbara Billingsley
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Barbara Billingsley
Hello, Bradley,' said Mom. She'd regained her composure after my outburst, and now raised her camera. 'Stand close.'
'No, Mom,' I said. 'No pictures.'
'But you're friend's here now,' she said, waving us together. 'Smile!'
'I don't need a picture with-' the flash snapped '-another guy. That's great, Mom, thank you. Send that one to Dad and tell him we're going steady. ~ Dan Wells
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Dan Wells
To have lived long does not necessarily imply the gathering of much wisdom and experience. One who has pedaled twenty-five thousand miles on a stationary bicycle has not circled the globe. He or she has only garnered weariness. ~ Paul Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Paul Eldridge
They look at adoption through rose-colored glasses, trying to make it a win/win situation for unplanned pregnancies and infertility, never giving a thought about what effect adoption has on the child. ~ Sherrie Eldridge
Eldridge Cleaver quotes by Sherrie Eldridge
